في سلسلة من الضربات غير المسبوقة والموجّهة استراتيجيًا فجر 16 يونيو 2025، تعرّضت منشآت عسكرية واستخباراتية رئيسية في إسرائيل لأضرار جسيمة، وسط تقارير تشير إلى استخدام صواريخ فرط صوتية خارقة للتحصينات. ومن أبرز تلك الضربات، استهداف مركز قيادة مرتبط برئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو، ما اضطر فريقه إلى الإخلاء عبر أنفاق سرية بعد ساعات من الحصار. كما أفادت التقارير بإصابة المتحدث العسكري أفيخاي أدرعي، ومقتل أو إصابة عدد من كبار قادة البحرية والقوات الجوية.
علاوة على ذلك، أسفرت الهجمات عن تدمير قواعد للقوات البرية في القدس، إضافة إلى بنية تحتية بحرية حيوية تشمل أرصفة غواصات ومدمرات، ما يشير إلى تدهور كبير في القدرات العسكرية الإسرائيلية. ورغم تكتم إسرائيل على التفاصيل، دفعتها مشاهد الدمار المصوّرة إلى الكشف الجزئي. وفي ظل هذا التصعيد، تُعدّ مصر قوة توازن إقليمية، إذ يُنظر إلى تحركاتها الدبلوماسية باعتبارها عاملًا حاسمًا في احتواء الصراع ومنع توسعه بين إيران وإسرائيل.

In a series of unprecedented and strategically targeted strikes on June 16, 2025, key Israeli military and intelligence facilities suffered extensive damage, with reports indicating the use of hypersonic bunker-busting missiles. Notably, a command center linked to Prime Minister Netanyahu was hit, forcing his team to evacuate through underground tunnels after hours of entrapment. Other strikes reportedly wounded military spokesperson Avichay Adraee and killed or injured high-ranking naval and air force officials.
Additionally, attacks on ground force bases in Jerusalem and critical naval infrastructure, including submarine docks and warships, suggest a severe degradation of Israel’s military capacity. Though Israel has largely withheld details, visual documentation of destruction forced partial disclosures. Amid this, Egypt is seen as a stabilizing regional force, with Cairo’s diplomacy viewed as pivotal in containing the conflict and averting broader escalation between Iran and Israel.
