ولدتُ من رمادي

كتبت/ د. لينا أحمد دبة السودان  🇸🇩

سقطتُ كثيرًا، حتى نسيت شكل الوقوف،

وبكيتُ حتى جفّت ملامحي من الدموع،

لكن في عمق ذلك الوجع…

اشتعل فيّ شيء لم أكن أعرفه: قوّتي.

ليست القوة التي تُحارب،

بل التي تنهض بهدوء…

تُلملم كسورها وتبتسم.

تعلمتُ أن الانكسار لا يُميت،

بل يُعيد تشكيلنا من جديد،

أقوى، أنقى، وأقرب لأنفسنا. 

"Born from My Ashes"

I fell so many times that I forgot how to stand,

and cried until my face forgot the taste of tears.

But deep within that pain,

something fierce began to rise — my strength.

Not the kind that fights loudly,

but the kind that stands again in silence,

gathers its broken pieces, and smiles.

I learned that being shattered doesn’t kill you;

it reshapes you 

stronger, purer, and closer to who you truly are.
